"There aren't enough days in the weekend." ~Rod Schmidt

This past week we closed down the store and the route so that everyone could have some much needed down time. It was so absolutely wonderful to have Matt home EVERY SINGLE DAY...especially getting to have FAMILY DINNERs EVERY NIGHT!

We didn't do too much....Matt worked on wood, and then the end of the week we went to NH to visit BIL, PP, and Niece C: We had a good time. We got up to NH around dinner time on Thursday and PP had made a delicious veggie lasagna for dinner. The girls played a bit and then it was bed time. Friday we visited the Portsmouth Brewery for lunch, and then hit up Red Hook: Matt was lovin' it!

Saturday we just hung around the house. Matt and BIL brewed a batch of beer (BIL has been wanting to do that, but doesn't have all the equipment necessary). In the afternoon PP and I went to the grocery store and ran into the LL Bean outlet (I came out with nothing).

Sunday it was back home....and boy, there's no place like home :-)

The girls look really cute together! We have a bunch of boys in my family (8, 2, 1.5, and Michael) and I think it will be so much fun when they start playing together... of course the 8 year old was rough housing with one of his other cousins the other day and broke his leg, so maybe it won't be such a good thing having all those boys playing together.
