Corn Pudding

This recipe was introduced to us, by our sister in law, at our Thanksgiving day rehearsal dinner (6 years ago). None of us had ever had something like this...so yummy and delicious! Seriously, try it!

1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs beaten
1 box jiffy mix corn bread mix
1c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted

Combine and put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350F for ~30 min.
