Today A is 5 months.....I have nothing really to show for that because she is under the weather. It seem that in honor of her 5 month she's gotten a cold....her first. Matt started coming down with one the end of last week and he's stayed away from A, but I guess it wasn't enough. She's not bad....just a little bit of a snotty, runny nose. Hopefully it clears up soon....and she was sleeping so well the past few nights. Last night was crap again.
Oh well...it had to happen some time.

Sorry A is sick.
I wanted to share about something I just bought for M to help with congestion... It's called a nosefrida and is supposed to suck the snot out of their little noses way better than they bulbs, albeit kinda gross. Anyhow, I'm still waiting on mail to try mine, but I'm really excited. If A is really congested you might look into getting one if you have trouble her cleaned out. I'm just that excited about this thing and I had to share.

Boo. C has had a few colds now (spending time with his cousins always seem to have a downside) and it is quite rotten with the sleeping. And the crankiness. And the suffering. Blah. Thinking of you and sending you some mama solidarity - it's hard when they're sick cause you can feel so helpless. Hope it passes quickly and she's back to her lovely self in no time.
have you tried the vicks on the feet at night trick? I've used it a few times with Nick and i think it helps. You put regular vicks all babies feet, then cover with socks. It's some kind of homeopathic trick, but tons of people say it works great! I love the smell of baby vicks. I heard your not supposed to use it until your baby is 3mnths old and Nick got his first cold one week after his 3mnth birthday, too funny! Hoep a is feeling better soon.
