This is what makes summer all worth while:

Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, topped with a sprinkling of La Piana Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, aged 20 years. We splurged when we were in California and OH MY GOODNESS!this stuff is worth it! The taste on your tongue is phenomenal...I could seriously drink it straight out of the bottle.

Oh - I agree! I love tomaotes! Especially that dish. Have you tried Campari brand tomatoes? They're slogan is "The tomato-lovers tomato" and man they rock!
